If you think the defense is a problem based on last night you don’t understand college football in 2020. This is an offensive sport and you won’t hold teams to shutouts. Yeah, there’s some things to fix but this defense will give us every opportunity to win games

We missed a few interceptions and that needs to be fixed. But there was no way to get sacks. Their QB didn’t hold the ball for two seconds the whole game.

I'm not sure acknowledging Ivey is playing worse than any CB we've had in years and needs to be benched immediately is nitpicking, but aside from him, the D played just fine.

Yea, it wasn’t quite as bad as it looked at first. And he does turn his head but the pass was under thrown and it happened to be better off that way for UAB.
