I got my email Thursday at 9:32 am from this email updates@go.miamihurricanes.com
I got one probably 3 weeks ago with the information of when it begins etc.
Edited to add if you login to your account and your account page you will see seat selection, click on that and then st the top it will show how many hours until you select.

And my point is not MY PERSONAL awareness, I know my relocation time, I found it in my account.

My point, as always, is that Dan Radakovich and the outsourcing drones at Legends are asleep at the wheel. As always.

Good lord, you want to know how bad this is? I got MULTIPLE phone calls last week. One was just for my ticket rep to introduce himself to me (since I bumped up my Hurricane Club level). Another was to invite me to the UM-GaTech women's basketball game today (which turned out to be a disaster, between terrible GaTech parking - they had a baseball game at the same time - and the 30-point loss).

So even with multiple phone calls, somehow I DID NOT GET THE E-MAIL.

Good lord, our Athletic Department is incompetent.

I did get my email on Thursday with my listed time. Still have no clue who my rep is because my previous rep left at the end of January.

It's all a part of the endless Legends turnover. Nobody works for The University of Miami any longer, just some random **** company.

The updates@go.miamihurricanes.com e-mail address is one thing.

After I copy-pasted my last two e-mails from that address, I noticed that (just in the last couple of weeks) I also had e-mail from:

---Hurricanes Basketball (men vs. VaTech, women vs. Stanford)
---Hurricanes Baseball (Opening Day)
---Hurricanes Football (this was the original e-mail on seat relocation, which did NOT come from the "updates" e-mail address above)
---Hurricanes Men's Basketball (this was the ACC Conference Tournament order form, which would have been GREAT to get from "updates")
---Hurricane Club (get a free men's beach towel with a $75 donation)
---Athletic Director (February 9th recap of the weekend's game outcomes, which I did not receive for the rest of the month)

I don't know, maybe we need to get @DMoney to talk to some people he knows. Or someone else with connections. This is just ridiculous. In the past month, I've been asked to monitor e-mails from SEVEN different e-mails, and who knows whether there are others that I have missed.

When does Rad submit his retirement papers? When does the Legends contract run out? When can we get competence in our Athletic Department?

The issues are nothing new. That was always my father’s biggest head shaker asking why they couldn’t run a professional organization going back to Sam Jankovich even. Main issue is students doing a lot of the work and always a huge turnover but some of this is just ridiculously embarrassing.

From my understanding, they are aware of the issues and complaints in general but nothing ever gets done. I don’t have a good explanation as to why. Change is coming, just need to be patient. I don’t think Legends is going anywhere.
 
My understanding is that many non-Hurricane fans either joined the HC or signed up for 2026-27 season tickets to become eligible for CFP Championship game. These individuals all placed an initial deposit.

If that’s accurate (not sure), is there a deadline for the remaining balance? Because many will simply forfeit their “seats” by failing to pay the remaining balance. Those seats then become available for purchase by others. Right?
Most people merely made a donation for the Hurricane Club, I doubt people actually went ahead and put down deposits on season tickets, just for CFP access.
