Jenkins' athleticism (if he's healthy) can help cover up some busts in the back end of coverages. His athleticism and length are his biggest attributes as a safety. I wouldn't mind to see him be the guy opposite Bush/Carter as a safety tandem.
Quan hopefully will be the pass rusher off the edge we need. We really need to start using 4 to rush on 3rd downs, combining Quan/Chad/Tyriq/Trent to get after the passer. If he can help upgrade that, then we should see improvement.
Scott, I think, will end up being Kaaya's favorite target. When he's healthy, Scott can make any play you want a WR to make. He just needs to stay healthy and keep his head out of his ***. If he stays on the field, he'll have a season that can help him get drafted.
