While still fresh before watching the tape...
1. 1st time in my 40 plus years of Cane Fandom we got a call.
2. Restrepo with one of the greatest catches I've ever seen
3. Cam was way too up and Down, but **** those UPS were spectacular. The Houdini escape to Riley.. wow!!!
4. Good teams win, great teams cover. This is merely a good team. But soooo much better than the trash of the last 20 years
5. The OLine is vastly overrated. Rivers won't cover up all the warts. Can't run the ball consistently and give up immediate pressure way too much
6. I find it hard to believe Popo isn't better than Kiko at MLB. Kiko is a liability on D. Misses way too many tackles. Is slow to diagnose and can't trigger. I focused on him on D, and it was bad.. he also can't run at all. Slow!!! Gets completely engulfed by guards on runs up the middle and doesn't shed blocks .. to sum it up. He's not good.
7. Judais Richard and Dyoni Hill have no reason to be playing on a "top 10" caliber team. We need to hit the portal hard for DBs.
8. Speaking of DBs .. 7 had the absolute worst effort/play (whatever) I've ever seen from a safety on that end around TD. Dude should have had a tackle for loss, or at the very least made the runner bubble and retreat. Instead he went backwards and looked like he was afraid of taking on a block from the QB .. unacceptable play
9. Our TEs are special. Dawson needs to look at KC and SF play books and call some simple routes for Arroyo and Riley and just let them out athlete their competition ala Kelce and Kittle.
10. Hope to make it to Berkley next week. It's great to be a Miami Hurricane
