If they wanna announce the new AD first for optics sake, then maybe it takes another week or so.
But if they wanna announce Mario coming, then December 4th-5th or 6th would be the perfect time to do so.
At this point, they might as well just announce Mario as the HC even before announcing that Manny is fired & an AD is hired. In fact, if it was me, I would announce that Mario is the next Head Coach of Miami even before he’s even agreed to it or signed a contract. I would announce it before I’ve even offered him the job...
