Man.. Rosier was facing a rival (1 we hadn't beaten in 7 years), on the road. Two FSU starters are projected 1st round picks AND our receivers had more than a few drops, which weren't his fault. He probably isn't going to be a crazy high completion percentage passer. But we aren't exactly dinking & dunking down the field either. And as long as he's winning, he can underhand the ball down field if he has to.
Its not like Miami or coach Richt have a history of being confused or beaten by the triple option. Plus our linebackers have been playing more than a few snaps in coverage. This week Shaq is going to destroy them.
And finally.. Look at who GT has played. Unc is having their worst season in a decade & Pitt is having their worst season in 20 years. Tennessee now has a lame duck coach. Jacksonville state actually shut Marshall & Benson down on the ground (51 yards on 24 carries). Marshall has 33 pass attempts TOTAL through 4 games. Rosier averages 33 per game. The most passes Marshall has completed in a game this season is FIVE. U know how they beat Jacksonville state? The GT backup RB took his 2nd career carry for a 65 yard TD (his other 5 carries went for 17 yards) & Marshall went 5 for 7 with 112 yards & 3 TD through the air. He flat out isn't doing that against us.
