I'm planting my flag for next coach. It's Herman...

A few quick things...

- Houston has now outscored their opponents 259-116 in the second half of games this season.
- Most third-down conversions (16-of-19) by an FBS team in a single game this season. Also went 2-for-2 on fourth down.
- They overcame severe injury issues at RB and OL to throttle the 15th-ranked team in the country as a home underdog.

Herman is a savage. He would kill it here.

A lot of us have been in the Herman camp for a while, but today really solidifies it. Navy had been playing VERY well, and Herman had all the answers.

Herman is a SPECIAL and ELITE coaching prospect, a once in a decade type of talent. He's going to kill it when he gets a shot at a Big Time Program, I just hope it's here.

the school is on record saying thy want a proven guy with head coaching experience. not saying he wouldn't work just saying what the school has said

What they say... and what they DO, are 2 different things...I hope they DO the right thing and hire an aggressive killer like him!!

Look if you can get Kelly or Patterson here I think you obviously go with them. Gundy probably too.

After that I think Herman is a clear obvious choice. He's a savage.

Exceptional coach with a great staff...Really can't see him leaving Houston if only to go NFL..Then all the doubters will be saying "WE could have had him." Coach like this will probably only entertain a Sou Cal offer and not the Canes..
