All this is going to do is remind me of the glory years and why I became a Hurricane fan. I will feel all good inside, followed immediately by anger of what we have become.

It's going to be 95% negative, from where it picks up all you can do is enjoy the brief dominance of 2001 and then the snowballing of the program from the PI call in the Fiesta Bowl.

It's not going to be fun for the most part.
 
Only masochists will be watching that. Life is full of enough **** that I don't need to voluntarily subject myself to more. Dudes watching that show will follow it up by jerking off to TBT pictures of their wives while hiding in the bathroom as their kids scream at each other.
 
I'm not emotionally able to watch an Al Golden coached team ever again. The U pt 2 is the only joy that I am able to extract from anything having to do with Miami football (and wouldn't you know it, the school is completely against it. SHOCKER!!!!)

I didn't think so either until a couple days ago. In some weird way I'm going to take delight in the end of this documentary when it starts getting into the fall of our program. I hate our incompetent staff and admin that much.

We will watch the 2 hours and be on cloud 9 reliving why we are so passionate about being canes fans. Once the credits roll we will be all just be even more ****ed off as we will revert from being on cloud 9 to hearing about the cloud and reminded its why Al is still our coach
 
I went into the screening last night with similar concerns, knowing the walk down some of the more disheartening memories would be part of it. Watch the film. It is worth it. Corbin did a wonderful job making this an enjoyable experience for us Miami fans.

No other school will have a 4 hour compendium of their modern history so accessible in such a well put together format. You would be doing yourself a disservice not to be a part of it. Last night's screening was the most fun I've had as Cane's fan in a long time.
 
I really have pi33ed of the football gods at some point, watch my canes get smashed on sat and my Bengals implode on Sunday! But now work has taken over and I will be at that place 7 days a week. So good chance I watch it at some point to remember what it was like to have a winning team

Don't know how old you are, but for me, THAT (considering what's happened since) was almost certainly the last time I will see my college team have a chance for a NC. To have it ripped away like that is something I can never forget or forgive.

I'm 36 and that's by far the worst loss of any of my teams , 88 ND is probably number two.

I still refuse to watch replays or anything about that game. It hurt that bad

I'm in the same boat. Don't have it in me to watch it yet. May be a while.
