A coach of any kind in my lifetime. If I had worked for someone who was constantly on my *** for everything he perceived was not 100% perfect I probably would have kicked him in the balls and ****ed on his face when he fell down. I wonder how many on this board would react the same way!

Im not sure of the point you're trying to make here. Can you elaborate as to what you're referencing?

I honestly believe it's a calling, man. You know what you're signing on for. To me, Friday nights are special. The "kicked in the nuts" pain you feel from losing, all goes away when you look at that scoreboard after that final buzzer sounds and you're on the winning side. It's like a drug man, fr fr. It makes everything else that you went thru to prepare for that victory, worth it.

I get this every day and do not get paid anywhere near what these head coaches or coordinators do.

At least you KNEW you weren't coach material.

Others - are burned out or delusional.

That example/analogy seems a bit off.
But since it doesn't matter around here, I'll throw one out there too:

If a homeowner paid me $8 million, (yeah ok, a stupid homeowner) to build a garage for him, and a month after completion it collapsed and killed his dog, I'd expect him to be "on my ***" for it not being "100% perfect."

I wouldn't think of kicking him in the balls or ****ing on his face. But that's just me.
