Especially when the D finally steps up.
Loved the bully ball in the first half. Would have liked to see more play action off that. Doesn't seem to be a big part of our offense.

How about my boy Kiko in pass coverage? Even the late one where he got beat he was right there. Night and day.

The announcers were epically awful. Questioning kicking the field goal at the end of the half? Saying we should take a knee with 2 whole minutes left? What jackasses.

Gotta give credit to FSU's pass defense. They were blanketing us most of the game.

The late hit by Baron was stupid and borderline dirty. Also the fsu kid who almost paralyzed himself hitting with his head straight down.. no look at targeting?

The offensive PI on Horton was just asinine. No idea what that ref thought he was looking at. We had a lot of drives like that. Short circuited by a weird drop or penalty. But it didn't matter. Our little brother showed up with all the heart, guts, and preparation and we just held them at arm's length all game. I honestly don't mind it.

Last thing, the QB sneak that was stuffed and turned into a 40 yard gain for FSU was just ludicrous, but then Damien did the same thing later. Weird.

They couldn’t stop the run. Why not keep running it? Solid win against our rival. Very happy with it.
 
Happy with the win. Happy for Damien even tho I prefer MF. But ran for 1200 last year. Yes it was bully ball and it hasn’t really been apart of the offense because our run game usually isn’t this effective

Because I think keeping your Heisman candidate QB engaged is important. No matter how well you're running you still have to mix in some throws. I think we did that appropriately. Passing game just wasn't clicking today.
 
Once we made it 17-7, there was no way we were losing given FSU's offense.

Only someone who hasn't watched FSU all season would think they'd score 20 even despite the flaws of our defense.
 
FsU secondary was good. Give them credit. And a couple botched blocking assignments kept us from being up big at half. I just hope this doesn’t hurt Cams Heisman run.
