That is a pretty bold statement. It shows strength and confidence. However, one should consider the audience. To say this to someone who is dependent on you is one thing however, to say it to someone who has other options is another. I know that some CIS fans love this overconfidence but the coach had better be one **** of a talent evaluator and one **** of a recruiter. The wise will caution the coach to slowdown and win the recruiting battles first. Your current selling points is backed up by players you didn't recruit. Until your recruits begin to tilt the scales both offensively and defensively we need the most talented players to stay. Find a way to make it work coach.
