If you had to choose one...

Which outcome do you prefer this offseason?

I'll take a great offensive coach like Kliff or Kendal over players any day. Get me the right coach and he'll win the Coastal with the players we already have, then more better players will come. As long as we have shoddy coaches, the top players aren't going to come.

Any hypothetical that doesn't involve Richt gone is pointless. At worse, we should be ridding ourselves of Jon and Searles and fighting to the death to bring in Kliff or Kendal and let them hire their choice for OL as well as deciding the fates of TB and RD.

Get the players! If changes don't happen the staff will forced to change. Jimmy's and Joes, more important than Xs and Os.

I used to think that to
but we finished ranked in the 90s in total offense
and I refuse to believe that our offensive players are that untalented
it must be our X and Os are so bad it might not matter what Jimmys and Joes we get

Option 1, because until mork is fired its irrelevant who gets hired

At the very least let's get the next coach as many studs as possible.

UCF, Houston, UWV, etc doesnt have top recruits but they score at will. Ill take the OC and staff changes, dont need the top recruits to win the coastal. Which should be goal num 1 every year.

strong recruiting is useless with an Offensive staff under which is it most certain to regress.
What the **** is good about recruiting strong playmakers if they play for a band of baffoons that refuse to get the ball into their hands? Please note im only speaking about the offensive side. I have zero issues with the D and that includes recruiting.

Luckily this is a hypothetical question, because I am not sure either situation will present itself. It is looking more and more like we won't get our guys and the coaching wont change. So....

this is spot on... I just tell my kids and my wife for that matter that we were so dominant, kind of like how Bama is now. Sorry for the truth.
Since you mention Bama, no one wants to say it but the run they are on beats anything we did in the 80s or 2000. They may even lay claim to the greatest team ever if they roll through the playoffs this year.

Talent is basically useless without good coaching. I used to think otherwise but every coach after Butch proved me wrong. Since then, we've been the school where talent comes to die.

If we don’t have the right coaches to develop and use the recruits properly, then how can they help. We have the playmakers now, but we screwed that up already. Make the proper coaching changes and the recruits will follow.
