True but I think the fact that this hire happened so fast and worked out so bad might finally be the end of him. I a tweet from a former Alumni President talking about how of track the program is. Money men are talking if it's ever going to happen it will happen this off-season. I honest think they will clean house. Loosing to FIU was a game changer. May be a blessing in disguise.

As long as he's our AD we'll never be a winning program ever again, in any of the main 3 sports.

He's the worst AD in the nation & has been at the forefront of the decline of Miami Football more than anyone not named Shalalalalalala... He's the terminal illness that has us at as a Stage 4 patient near death.

But what I'm really really frustrated with is the Big money boosters, those ****ers do not care one iota about Miami Football. If we had any boosters worth a **** both Flake & Diaz would've been fired by Monday morning, losing to FIU is the most inexcusable & an unacceptable transgression that can take place at Miami. Even a FSU type sexual assault scandal isn't as bad as losing to FIU.

I just wish we had somebody in the BOT who actually cared about Football & decided to invest money in this program like every other major program in football. Our boosters need to take a break from the yachts & Golf courses for 5 ****** minutes and save this program, they're our only hope, if they don't spend the money then we're ****** doomed for another 20 years.

Blake, Frenk, Diaz, Enos & the bunch all need to go... Jimmy L needs to retire too. Miami's athletic program needs a total revitalization soon, or else we'll be relegated to being nothing more than a laughing stock old relic that completely collapsed as soon as we joined the ACC.

Losing to FIU was probably one of the few ways we could've gotten rid of Flake. If that's what it takes then I'm OK with this loss. Flake gets replaced, Manny is then immediately fired or on very thin ice, and we then get a new coach from hopefully a very well paid and competent AD.
 
AD Lames. Then the new AD could possibly CHIT-CAN Lames chico AKA Manuel Diaz. Which means both the DC/OC would be given their pink slips, too.
 
Firing Blake James will do nothing if the powers that be just hire another puppet to do their bidding. Winning games and winning championships is probably the 5th or 6th highest priority for them.

Sam Jankovich ain't walking through that door. Any AD who truly places #BuildingChampions as their highest priority will stay far away from this job as long as the current powers that be are making the decisions. This probably isn't the best example, but there's a reason why Eichorst bailed after 1 year on the job and Blake James was promoted in the first place.
