I wouldn't say Bama desperately wanted him as their OC. They desperately wanted him to remain on staff.. even to the point of holding the OC position. I believe he was Georgia's 1st choice to replace Chaney (then Gran, then CoLOLey)

Based on Georgia promoting Coley about 15 minutes after Enos was announced, I would say they were hoping for a different conclusion. Friends who are Bama's equivalence of Golden Canes were very surprised and were expecting him to be the new OC.

Clinically insane. We just hired Alabama's OC in waiting, QB Coach, and Associate Head Coach who also has head coaching experience and was in demand by Georgia, Jim Harbaugh at Michigan, and countless others. Is this board always like this? People have to just be trolling right?
