If we win out, can this season still be redeemed?

Probably a troll, but....
there is no "redeeming" this season.

If the Canes win out, including the bowl, but more importantly find a QB on their roster who will be an effective Power 5 QB for the next couple of years and the OL somehow plays better, that would be progress and hope for the future.

That being said, it is very unlikely to say the least.
 
There is no chance we beat GT or VT on the road. You think our guys are gonna give the effort it takes to beat the triple option? You think we’re going to beat Bud Foster on the road with this offense? We may beat Pitt because I think a few guys will get up for that game because of last year/bowl eligibility.

No fcker the season is done! Get rid of the whole offensive staph and quick. Plus the fake coach who deals with the lb’ers. And the special Olympic team coach, that we presently trot out there for what? What a waste of ******* money they’re spending, might *** well give fans the cash for being great fans for dealing with this idiotic Bs!

I have been saying this bro. We really fvcked up and wasted a hire by hiring an outside linebacker coach. We should have hired a long snapper coach instead.

No, because winning out is nearly impossible with this cluster @#$% of an offense. While 8-4 at this point looks good, we have lost ALL recruiting momentum and the early signing period is next month. No QB, no RB and 2 OL who are on flip alert means we are screwed for the next few years

Fck that! 8-4 don’t look good either! Not w this team! This season was wasted. We started top 8! TOP MUTHA FCKIN 8 THIS YR! We were EVERYBODY’S choice for the final 4. We f’d this season off like I’ve never seen before! I’m so ****ed!

Let's see here,.. What can we redeem an 8-4 season for......
1) can we get a top 10 recruiting class for it? Doubtful
2) can we redeem it for a new OL coach? Still doubtful
3) oooh I got it, can we get an OC/QB coach for it? Highly doubtful
4) maybe we can redeem it for some ****** *** bowl game, in bumphuck Egypt, 3rd week of Dec., airing on TV at midnight?

Technically, I guess a 7-8 win season is redeemable,..but it feels like you walked into an arcade, spent 75.00 on gaming, redeem your tokens/tickets, and the best you can get is a 3 dollah wooopie cushion!

The only redeemable end to this season is Pastor Richt and his band of merrymen standing up like real men and dying on this sword of a season. In fact, them willingly paying for all the branding in the IPF for the train robbery of salaries they’ve collected for 2.75 seasons. That, that would make this season salvaged. Pastor Richt pushing Jon’s head up and down on an AIDS ****? That would redeem this season.....are you getting the jest of how this works OP?
 
Depends what goals were set before the season started.we will see where this team character and pride is rest of the season.one thing though tell the players when your play backs up your talk you can talk all you want.until then just be quiet cause your making this:neonu: look bad.that is unacceptable around here

Right. Losing to three loser teams cannot redeem the season. Beating FSU is the only saving grace this year.

Everyone knows that the OL needs beefing up. No surprises there. Just hoping for decent effort.

But, the chaos at QB is frustrating. Rosier, Perry, Rosier, Perry....If neither guy is the answer, then go to Plan C. Why waste time if neither guy is part of a long-term plan? I could accept a 7-4 season if UM actually discovered its QB for the next couple years. Instead, the team is wasting time floundering with two guys who can't hold their #1 status. There have been enough plays where the QB had time and the receivers were open, but the QBs threw horrible passes. No way this should happen. Winning the Coastal, as unlikely as that seems, offers no hope for this team's future success.
 
Season does seem "horribly lost". That being said, we are underdogs vs GT and ? and "the totally unexpected" winning out would be an uptick in fortune. especially if Perry or another young gun gets the call and progresses nicely. That and some off-season coaching or staff changes would set us on a rising path towards next year. And might save a couple of recruits.

That being said, I had fun in Orlando at the Dumbfk Camping World Bowl, and enjoyed beating WV. That would be fun to do again.

The season is lost but winning out might help us limit the amount of decommits from this recruiting class. We lost Crowley, one OL on flip which and the other went from shutting it down to visiting UF. We we can not lose anybody one the DL we need the bodies and Harvey is special. We gotta keep Huff and Nunn. I think we lose Brownlee only because he was flirting b4 the losing streak.

I'm not mad about the kids that decommitted or we lose out on. It's a **** show right now. The D recruits see that that unit is special and we wasted a special D with the bull**** Offense and special teams unit.

I think the D will be great only if the Richt makes the changes to push the other 2 units forward. If not they will fall apart because we are losing a lot of leaders. 3 of the 4 DBs are graduating, J Jackson is probably leaving early and Willis graduating. I pray none of the LBs leave but you never no. The guys I mentioned I guarantee they all get drafted between rounds 1-4.

I got off topic but yes these last 3 are important to win because it might keep our current recruiting class together. I have no clue how we do it because I see us losing the last 2 for sure and Gtech depends on if the offense can move the ball, control the clock, and score TDs. That would keep the D fresh and dominant. From what we seen the last 3 games the offense won't do **** and the special teams will make it worse with 25 yard punts or a good punt with no hangtime and we see a big return by GT.
