The plan is to give the HC enough rope to hang himself and to fire him when he does. MR will hang himself soon enough. The plan after that will be to hire another coach, probably Cristobal or Diaz, Diaz more likely, and give him enough rope to hang himself. Do not expect the AD to save the day here. That is not the arrangement at Miami. The BoT & AD are not accountable to the results of the football program, only the HC is.

Not happening.

At UM the coaches are allowed to make their own decisions, and the admin will decide if those decisions warrant him keeping his job. This happens 2 years too late, of course, but it does happen.
