If we had "just a very good QB" what's our record?

I don't believe we have more than one loss this season. We might have beat LSU. Obviously special teams and the OL are huge issues. Honestly, with better QB play, we only lose to Clemson last season and "maybe" LSU this year. I didn't sleep well like most of you. I'm beyond livid at our HC/OC, QB coach and ST coach. I can't stop playing the what if game. What if we had "just" a very good QB? I think we're talking about being a Neal, some incoming playmakers, a young/growing OL coming into next season and competing on the next level. We ALL know where we are as a team right now. What if.....

Doesn’t really matter who the QB is, they will look bad in this offense/system.

We aren’t winning anything worth a **** with Richt in charge

knowing what you know and have watched, real question, what's our record? I'm not asking if we are winning the acc this season. just asking where we stand? with respect

6-2, prob beat UVA but still lose to LSU and BC.

This offense does no favors for any offensive position but particularly brutal for QBs and OL

Disagree.

I think you underestimate how bad a scheme we really run. It’s the easy pickings for opposing DCs. BC mediocre D had them on lockdown
He doesn’t throw a catchable ball and those two picks cost us the game. Also, the D spends way too much time on the field. I don’t disagree about the scheme.... but we win that game. Maybe not by 100 BUT we win. I’m not defending anyone or anything. I just think a very good quarterback makes us a one loss team at most

Our oline is a dumpster fire and this scheme is older than methuselah.

How do you scheme around a QB who throws bubbles and slants 2 yards behind guys, 2 yards in front of guys on quick outs and underthrows deep balls into 2 defenders when the receiver is 5 yards past them?

Offensive play calling is abysmal but our QB throws an uncatchable or potentially interceptable pass literally every other throw.

Hard to game plan when that's what you have under center.

This. Realized last night - it doesn’t matter, honestly. It’s an antiquated/unimaginative/predictable offense.

If we had just an average HC our record would be 7-1
