What big time coach is going to want to come here? If Highsmith is the Czar over football operations Mario and Lane do not come. They are the Czars over football where they are at. I am curious what decisions Highsmith makes if he is not the AD. Does Highsmith have decisions Over recruits? Does Highsmith make decisions on the OC and DC? If he does no worthy coach comes. If he does not make those decisions why does anyone care if Highsmith is brought on?

I believe he would be the AD of football basically. I have read that some. asketball schools have AD”s for hoops only
