OU hadn't won a title in 15 years when Stoops took over and won a NC in his second season.

Bama hadn't won in 15 years, Saban takes over and wins a NC in his 3rd year.

UF hadn't won in 10 years. Hire Urban, title in year 2.

USC hadn't won in over 20 years. Hire Carroll, win a title in year 3.

FSU hadn't won in 11 years. Year 3 Jimbo wins a BCS game, year 4 a title.

I would start with the school systems in broward and dade... these kids are dumb.... no I take that back... they are unfathomably stupid!
