I heard all spring how he was winning 75% of contested catches. Would have preferred him running go routes for contested catches to Bauman split out wide simply to take a player out of the box.

We didn’t throw deep this year. We should have been able to because Beck got some clean pockets and time. My guess—the few deep passes we saw from Beck looked meh, and I think Dawson scratched it from game plan.
