Time for the agonizing metrics and “we can still” portion of another Canes Ground Hog Day season. We start slow, we are undisciplined, 3rd downs are like a curse word in this program, atrocious O-line, dropped balls, bad linebacking, no pass rush. Out coached – and we get the faithful’s hopes up at the end, often with too little too late.
I said this before: When we open with a loss to the SEC we’ve followed that up with 6 and 7 losses in those respective seasons. I don’t know if this team is good enough to even hold it to the next number in sequence: 8.
