If UM and Louisville both win their regional, who hosts?

Just wondering what the determination would be, are we higher ranked than Louisville in that scenario or not?

Is this an automatic rule of thumb now?
It may have been 20yrs ago but previously schools got to bid on hosting Supers if not amongst the top 8 (may now be 16) protected host seeds.

It’s been common practice for a bit unless the higher seed can’t or doesn’t bid for some reason
