If Toney and Fletcher don’t get dinged up and never leave last weeks game….

Is there a discussion on how we just sit them out for today’s game? Guys should play if cleared. I don’t get this whole “just sit them for this game”. If there was no “scare” last week we’d never suggest they just don’t play. Guys want to play every game. Not just sit out to avoid injury. If there’s no risk to a lingering injury or injury getting worse, they play. Yeah, get them out of the game relatively early if possible. I don’t know the extent of the injury to either, but if they’re good to go and 100% they play

All I keep reading and listening to is people saying “sit these guys”. We don’t know their injury. If Fletcher had a stinger and was fine and full practice on Tuesday then play him. Stop this “I don’t want to see these guys play at all” nonsense.

You don't know the injury either. Why take a chance your main weapons can get hurt in a game the third string could win? Practice is probably harder than what this game will be.

I don’t. But if they’re 100%, they play. If they aren’t, we probably won’t see them. Guys don’t just sit at this point in the season to avoid injury.

If we can afford to sit a few key guys, and its bc it would truly help them recover BETTER, then it makes sense.

If its limiting Toney to just 3rd downs and not targeting him, then that is retarded and inexcusable.

If they're 100% they will probably will play but if they're anything below that we should sit them to make sure they're 100 next week when we play an actual acc team. Don't lost sight of the goal.
