It's crazy to think how much better we could be with just replacing three assistants. We definitely need some help with kicking.

Then the right move is to open up the check book and surround Manny with talented coaches like Clemson did with Dabo.

OC/QBs: Chad Morris
OL/Run OC: Steve Addazio
DBs: T-Robb
ST: Anyone but Patke

That was a fun thought exercise... too bad Miami admin always gives the coach enough rope to hang themselves with. We know how this ends.
Again, Miami spent 1.5 million on Enos bc a) manny loved his shitty offense and b) nobody of any legit clout is going to come work for a guy as unqualified as Diaz

I mean how stubborn(or stupid) are coaches that they can't make the obvious moves to improve their team. Manny can be the face of the program and ride in on all the yachts he wants as long as we get competent coordinators that players want to play for and learn from. That means 2 million dollars a piece. That's more than what the AD would want to pay but it would save them money in the long term...no cycle of endless buyouts or plummeting ticket sales.

He is but the administration doesn't know it yet. That is the problem. The administration only hires destine to be fired but is so dishonest that it will not admit it to itself.

You’d think that the supposed smart people that make up the BOT would realize that a million or two in additional allocated salary now would come back a hundred fold with added attendance, merchandise, etc.

That little bit of money, and that Is a little bit of money in the grand scheme of things,to get great coordinators in here would make a world of difference.

‘The schools that have made that commitment are reaping the benefits not only on the field but also at the cash register.

Better OC and DC means better records which means better bowls which means more money which means more national recognition which means more merchandise sales.

even if you want to leave an unqualified person in charge at the HC position spending a couple million extra on coordinators and position coaches can make all the difference.

This might be unpopular but I really didn’t think special teams were that bad.

Patke can’t force his kickers to make kicks.

Coverage units were pretty sound.
Special teams is also related to recruiting and having depth and yound beasts on that very ST. So that's basically the future talent and it's not good lol.
