IF Kiffin or Cristobal or Other, Are any current staff retained?

Clean house, get rid of everybody.

And if Mario is the Master recruiter yall say he is, he doesn’t need to keep Field, DVD or Cooney or any of them in a recruiting role, just based off his name alone we should have all the 4/5-star elites banging down the door to sign with us right?
Curious, what do you think?

I'd say T Rob because a smart coach, unlike these azzhats round here actually know how good the guy is and unlike Manny will let him do what he dies instead of saddling him with garbage like Diaz does in terms of a scheme.

Trying to blame it on the the schemes is for the most part a red herring excuse, there's nothing so extraordinarily unique about how our secondary plays - or is supposed to play defense, whether it's press, zone, blitzing, or something else.

Coaching of the DBs has also been below par. i know it happens at times but our players are getting beaten and toasted too much, poor angles, crappy tackling, not communicating, etc. We all know that ultimately the players have to execute and that's part of it, but they need to be coached up on how to execute, how to communicate, etc. i don't see that coaching up happening.

IF Miami parts ways with Diaz and hires Kiffin, Cristobal or any other HC, what's the likelihood that any of Lashlee, Hickson, Robinson, Simpson are retained?

Lashlee has brought in best QB room in Miami in 30 years.

Hickson has brought in top talent through his whole tenure with Chaney & Rooster being two of the best Since Duke (Lingard was 5*, but didnt pan out)

Robinson proven track record of developing elite studs that play at next level, and quickly got commitments from multiple elite DB's

Simpson has often been praised as best coach on staff, while identifying and teaching up solid D lines. (JHH groomed, LT, Willis, Nesta, Mcintosh, etc)

O line play has improved a lot, on top of having the most talent in that room in the longest time as well.

Thoughts?....
The new HC need to function and be held accountable with his team (same said for AD), not another's choices.

If the new HC decides to retain any staff member, ok. If he releases all of them, ok as well.

New staff, whole program needs demolition & rebuilt from the ground up.

I’m one of the few who still likes Lashlee but no sense in keeping him, he’ll get another job elsewhere & our fans will see how off-base they were being so hypercritical of him.

I’d prefer douching it all especially the D staff. Maybe 1-2 stay in a recruiting role but we need all manny stench removed.
I agree.. nothing worth keeping... I don't blame anyone under Diaz though only because I had a feeling his stubbornness would shine through in letting anyone help him on the D side.... All you heard was "T-Rob and Shoop".... Ok.... Well how did that work out???
As soon as Diaz named himself D -Co the writing was on the wall....

That sounds about right... Lashlee will go somewhere else and more than likely light it up... I mean even Enos came alive at Maryland... Not to say I would take Enos back but he did recover from how he was viewed here...
