If Kam Kinchens and James Williams stayed for their Senior year, do we win the chip?

ACC champs and a playoff win. No chip. We would’ve needed a little more help on defense than just two safeties.

We could have went to the chip for sure, but idk if we could have beaten OSU
 
Playoffs yes, NC most likely no, though Cam would have kept us in every game.

ngl, James Williams as LB last year could have helped shore up that LB group, and Kam would have had a bounce back year in the defensive backfield.

But our chances to win the ship last year were dashed when JS went to OSU the previous Feb. You add JS to Xavier and Arroyo with George and Horton as #4/5 options… Who had the defense to stop that train?

I never shouted it at the top of my lungs, but I was one of those that definitely thought that.

Little did we know that the UF game would be their best game together as a duo and Harris’s only decent game of the entire season.

If we keep them, and still got Powell to come in and play Nickel, we likely beat Syracuse. Even with our terrible defense, we likely beat Clemson as well. We finish ranked #2 overall for playoff seedings.
