If It Happens, This Is The Guy We Need

He played qb at ok state i dont think he leaves his alma mater. I’m a grad student at ok state tough place to get to the upper echelon but they have tons of money
Exactly. Not saying this as a bags thing I’m saying ok state will be able to match whatever we offer him and I’m sure he’d prefer to stay unless we could pay way more which we can’t.

I like Gundy but haven't done any serious research on him but from what I can remember doesn't he find good teams but never really goes anywhere? Like Big game Bob.... Good record teams that ultimately always fall short?
Kind of like Jimmy Johnson when he was at OSU. I don't hold it against him that he isn't winning titles there. He's a great coach, and he'd do better here than any of the bums we've had since Butch.

Idk if he can relate to kids in dade/Broward County
Enough of this BS. Manny and Randy could relate, and where the **** did that get us? You think that Howard Schnellenberger could relate to kids in Dade? Or Jimmy Johnson? What about Butch Davis? Our best coaches didn't try to relate to kids, but made the young men relate to them.

Throw all the money at him

Get him a top tier DC

We dominate
SOUNDS good but does he want the job.

As long as strawley and flake have any input, Gundy will never be considered until he publicly apologizes for the toxic masculinity in his "im a man!" speech over 10 years ago and apologizes for assuming his gender. We cant be having that around here, must conform to nonbinary genders and equality for flake's mandingo wife

Yes they recruited well down here.
They recruited well because they were **** good coaches, and players respected them. All of them are midwest types who probably couldn't relate to Dade County kids about anything other than winning football. Heck with relating to these guys on a personal level. These young men want to succeed, and having a relatable coach just doesn't equal winning. If they come here because they see the coach as a cool buddy that lets them dance on the sideline, I don't want them anyway.

That's just me. The best players relate to tough coaches, because they know you have to work hard to succeed. They know the guys around them have to work hard for them to succeed. We need that kind of coach again, or we are doomed.

Yeah we Miami guys like Shannon and Manny.

/Schnellenberger was a weirdo with a pipe
//Jimmy was a hayseed from OSU, also

Gundy is an alpha that blows up scoreboards. He'd be just fine.
Butch Davis was a hick from Oklahoma as well.
