I like Gundy but haven't done any serious research on him but from what I can remember doesn't he find good teams but never really goes anywhere? Like Big game Bob.... Good record teams that ultimately always fall short?

He's been at OSU forever.

He's the one that does more with less.

I think he would have us running circles around teams.

Yeah. That's basically all I know about him. But has he ever really played for something? Or just consistently ranked teams that have tough loses and ultimately fall out of serious conversations?

Is this something we want to sign up for? Nice records but nothing to show for it? Or do you guys think he comes here and all of a sudden gets over the hump?

I don't see him losing to anyone in the ACC. I think he would give us a shot at Clemson, eventually.

His fire is what we need.
 
He’s actually similar to Johnson and Erickson when you think about their careers before they came to UM. They were both considered great coaches but couldn’t get to the big games. Sometimes that’s all it takes.
