That we would be willing to pay an OC a million plus then it has to be done. Not sure how anyone on the BOT could run their mouth like that and then it not happen. Richt can’t ignore that either.
If I’m Richt, you basically can hire whoever you want and it actually helps your son more than you think. He will actually learn a new innovative system for his futures sake and hopefully it turns this program around.

For $1 million we can have an OC? Let's fire Jon Richt and now we can pay $1.5million for the best in the business.
 
To hire a new coach, we have to open a coaching spot by getting rid of someone. This is why the Patke hire last year was so troubling. Richt had opportunity to bring in new coach without firing anyone. He chose to promote a GA, rather than go get a good offensive mind that could breath life into offense.

Although you're right. How much faith and confidence do you have in your HC if you have to start telling him how to manage his staff and whom to get as an OC? This feels like a worst version of the Coker era.

This isnt about money. This about making the right decision. And the problem is Mark Richt will never make the right decision because in so doing, he would be essentially admitting to making the wrong decision by not making the right decision.. Or something like that.
 
I have zero confidence in this guy to make the right choices in anything ESPECIALLY in picking an OC that he will leave alone.

Then you have the fact of what happens if an OC is forced on him.Even worse.

Only way this shtshiw is fixed is I f Pricht is paid off and pushed out...anything else his ego fck things up..jmo
 
Where is all of this talk of an OC coming from? Did I miss some sort of announcement or insider info post? Also, who is going to be fired/demoted to allow us to hire an OC?
