If I Had To Complain I Would Say Our RB Rotations Have Been Awful

It’s not fear…it’s common sense. Explain to me the benefit of running Mark Fletcher

Couch potato? Did you play in the game? It’s not fear..it’s common sense. Miami is up big vs a team who can’t move the football due to starting qb injury. The game is OVER. There’s several RBs in the room that could use the snaps. Again…I bet you puckered up when Toney got leveled with 59 seconds remaining in third quarter while leading 45-14. Brilliant having him in the game during GARBAGE TIME.

Please clear up the confusion....

1) On the Toney thing.....You stated that he was taken out in the 3rd and Mario had by then "seen his mistake" and realized that the way you'd run things make more sense, and he stopped playing him or took him out. Uhmmm....then why did Toney score a touchdown on our last drive in the 4th? Can you explain the double-talk here?

2) Your entire argument here is based on taking players out as early as possible due to minimizing injuries. That's fearing injuries. You cant rephrase it simply because you dont like the word.

3) Running Mark Fletcher when? I checked and I didnt see any carries in the 4th. It's that you don't like that he played in the 3rd, and you know that being up 30 in the middle of the 3rd means ignore all other possible variables and the game is over?

4) Teams that practice and play with the frequent fear of injuries don't make it very far in the grand scheme of things. Is that common sense too? I dont want that here on this team (and I KNOW and ACCEPT that injuries will occur due to the way we practice and play),...but maybe you do.

We've been ascending lately with this staff while playing and practicing exactly like this. I like the current model over what you think we should start doing.

Too long…did not read. But I wish you the best in your game playing vs UNC. The rest of the
the couch potato’s will be cheering you on.

I’m just saying we aren’t running the right type of plays for Pringle. He can be used on screens as well but we aren’t doing it

That’s fair…I actually agree with you he needs some screens and outside zone. But the Mali 2nd TD was an RPO he had the fake hand off Pringle would have scored but yall don’t see that 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

He’s been hurt…Cristobal said it

Y’all watch the same content I do but for some reason don’t listen to our coaching staff. We been fans longer than yall and we see this silly *** comments and post…They are silly to us🤣🤣

I don’t get yall I’m serious. He’s said it numerous times the kid hasn’t been healthy.

What yall want?🤣🤣🤣🤣

This is why we clown yall and tell fans stay on the couch with the game controller🤷🏾‍♂️

Here we are throwing against USF with the eventual #1 overall pick a couple years ago. Also was throwing the ball and even RUNNING the ball late in the 3rd against FAMU. I doubt we had any fear of FAMU roaring back?

But oh no!! He could've gotten injured and the season could've been over right then and there!!

Point is obvious: After a good 25 or so years, we got back here playing and coaching this way. It's not the time for outsiders to step in and suddenly decide to change up the entire way we operate with their "common sense" on how to minimize injuries, when and when not to take players out of which games, etc.

Injuries are gonna happen.

Unfortunately, Miami doesn’t have the interior offensive line to accommodate Fletcher‘s running style like last year

Who is responsible for the running back rotations. They have been inconsistent and bad. I liked when we would keep a back fresh for the late 3rd and 4th quarter while giving our two primary backs carries. It allowed everyone to get in rhythm.
What?!? You mean you don't agree with using gerard pringle backed deep into our own end zone and playing with all other back ups as well? What do you think this is, logical? No need to have a slightly bigger back who can also pass protect and get the ball out of the end zone... We're fine with safeties.
