If Diaz leaves, who would you want as DC?

Maybe there’s a reason he’s never been offered a defensive coordinator position. It’s so played out on this board. “Let’s hire Ken Dorsey as OC, Barrow for DC, bring back Butch”

Nobody else is even mentioning these dudes. College football has changed sine ya know....the internet came out. If we’re gonna mention names why not an actual successful coordinator.

But Miami isn't going to pay at least TWO MILLION, or even $ 1.5 K, annually for a successful D-coordinator. And don't give me that BS that Miami has the " financial assets " and what not.

No offense. But Barrow wasn't a coach when we were relevant. He coached under the Shannon and Golden years. Sure, he produced Spence and Perryman, but nothing has indicated that he's a great defensive mind. And personally, I really don't care if he's a great guy or not.

Only ten defensive coordinators in the NCAA make one million and Diaz is one of them. We're fine.

No drama about it. His defense is THE strength of the program - board haters notwithstanding.

My only hope is that there's no school he wants to try the pants on at.

I will be so stoked if he's back next year.

Barrow should have at the least been hired over patke when we had a chance to upgrade our staff and we didn’t. Would have been an immense upgrade in coaching and recruiting over patke
