I'm black and I'm offended that some of you would use this as ammunition to put pressure on the BOT. Although I do believe there is some truth to this I don't think it warrants for a discussion. We have to deal with that our BOT just love Al Golden. This is their guy. There's nothing around that.

As an African American I agree that is not something we should be airing out. We need to keep "family" issues like that in house. WE all know that Randy Shannon wasnt even allowed in the locker room after he lost to USF and had a 7-5 season but this clown still gets to keep his job after a 6-7 season. All a banner like that will do is bring an EXTREMELY negative light to the program that already is on life support.

I don't think this has to do anything with race. The admin wanted to give him one more year because he supposedly stuck with us (even tho he wanted the PSU job) through the whole Nevin mess. They might have paid Randy Shannon the same courtesy if the timing were the same. It will all come to an end this year.

I think Al was given a 5th year to see what could be done with a group of Seniors that were under him that were not put together as a recruiting class in a month. Juniors that came to Miami even with FSU and the SEC all telling them Miami = Death penalty.

Unless a coach has players you really don't know what you have in a coach. Gary Patterson at TCU is seen as a great coach but he did not have the players to compete week in and week out in the Big 12 in 12" and 13". But then you don't know what you have until all the talent runs out like it did for Gene chizik at Auburn or our own Larry Coker. Butch Davis was given 6 years to get to the top. Was he given a 6th year because he was white?

I really do not think Race has anything to do with it down in Miami.
 
Had Randy been able to spew BS like Golden does. He would have lasted longer than he did.

I would have fired Randy the day J-12 had to play limping all over the field because Randy could not keep any of his backup QBs on the team. He had three who were white and they all left. Was Randy a racist? Maybe. I don't care. I do care when there is not a single backup QB for the season and a kid has to play on one leg. Al lost me when he kept playing Morris on one leg too. Al had better attorney than Randy; UM administration and BOT are indeed racists like all liberals; both Randy and Al are horrible head football coaches.

As far as Chizik is concerned, He didn't start losing because He lost talent, He couldn't coach to begin with, check His record at ISU, the guy was woefully under-qualified for that job. Matter of fact, most of those players on AU's 2013 NC appearance team, were Chizik's players.
 
Golden might undergo *** change or come out the closet with dorito to save his job
