No way I saw that as the case. I think the corch can do a lot to help out his young QB and his horrible offensive line, and it starts on the scheme. I get the idea that Richt's playcalling is like a millennial trying to teach a baby boomer how to use a computer, and he wants nothing to do with it.

Kosi has to start and continue to start, I don't care if we drop every ******* game the rest of the season. He needs blow. Pulling him at this point was the wrong move.

He kept his foot in it last game, why get happy feet this game? Thats not a "hostile" environment by any means.

Disagree he's looked suspect at best when he's been in the games starting with UNC, he's not the answer, I can only pray the Freshman has some talent.
 
Perry has the higher ceiling than that of Rosier. People that were expecting Perry to be perfect were sorely mistaken. Reasonable fans knew that Perry was going to struggle at certain times given that he's a redshirt freshman. The offense we run and the average o-line (at its best day) makes it hard for any real QB to succeed.

But I'm going to get honest real quick - Perry's done here. I couldn't be in Perry's shoes. You watch Malik struggle beyond belief every single week. In your first road game, you start off bad, yet Richt takes you out and puts Rosier in who does absolutely nothing and doesn't look any better than you did. My confidence would be shot at that point and I would imagine Perry's is shot as well.

Richt has fumbled this QB situation beyond belief this season.
 
Perry, at least, can put some zip on the ball. Yesterday Rosier threw a pass that was almost intercepted because A) he waits too long for the receiver and B) he just doesn't have the arm to get it there quickly. I'd rather lose yesterday with Perry, than Rosier.

Rosier can't do anything right. I am sure the Pittsburgh game was fresh in Richts' mind but this wasn't the right move. Maybe call better plays that actually gave Perry a chance to get settled in. 2nd int was on Richt.
 
It's too early to say whether Perry is the answer or not. But one thing is certain, Richt delayed his development with that amateur hour move.
Yeah, he looked bad but so did Kaaya in his first game. We should have given him a shot and run some plays to beat man coverage, quick plays, and crossing routes.

The reason why I think Perry is going to be good is Richt's press conference last week.

Last week on the TD throw to Thomas Richt said it was supposed to go to Jordan (since the LB was covering him) and he asked KP5 why he didn't go to Jordan and KP5 said it was because the Safety shaded that way so he went away. Then the TD play to Jordan was basically the same play but he moved the safety, something he didn't have time to do with an under 20-yard vertical route (The pass to JT4).

He should have let him settle in, and maybe try some **** power runs, I get that the line was doing poorly on the run plays but it was mainly stretch zones. Go I-Form and come downhill a few times. She let Perry run the option but actually give him the option to run it himself. Get 5 or 6 and slide down. They had no fear of KP5 Keeping it.
 
Rosier is a ******* fullback and has no business being in the game under any circumstance. Richt is a complete moron for putting him in

For those saying Perry can’t read a defense, did you say the same when Dorsey could sip coffee behind a wall of an o-line and still managed to throw picks in bunches at BC when we had the greatest gathering of offensive weapons ever amassed?

Horrible start? Absolutely. But Richt should have been ride or die with Perry when he made his move to bench Malik. Now look at the mess he’s created.

I don't have a problem with yanking Perry for a series to give him a different perspective, coach him up, see what he sees etc. And if by chance Rosier plays well yeah keep him in. But he was Rosier. I've lost all hope in Richt unless he hires some new coaches and turns over the play calling.
