Ideal Coaching Changes Needed

Does anyone disagree with this:

1. Remove playcalling duties from Richt and find true X's and O's playcaller OC type / QB coach
2. Due to #1, you have to remove OC title from Brown. If he leaves so be it, an RB coach is not that hard to find. Brown is a good coach but seems overpaid for what he does and too much of a "yes" man as OC / "rah rah" guy
3. Fire or demote Jon Richt (will never happen but we can dream) to quality control coach
4. Take Hartley off ST's and make him TE coach and recruiting coordinator
5. Need a true ST coach. May have to drop Patke to open a spot (nothing against him but seems a bit like a waste off a position coach) or get creative. Ideas here?
6. Fire Searles and hire new OL coach
7. Pay Diaz more and pray he doesn't leave for another 1-2 seasons
8. Rumph, Banda, Simpson, Dugans all solid at this point

This seems to be a general consensus across the board (aside from maybe my comments on Brown). How would you change?

Anyone have any actual connections to send to BOT, Blake James, and Richt? Realize none of this would happen till offseason though

Jon basically is a QC coach. Richt is the real QB coach. Problem is Jr. counts as one of the ten coaches.

None of this is happening. See the loyalty line offered by Richt in his pressor.

Regardless even if change occurs, which there is less than a 10% chance it will, doesn't change the fact that the HC has no intensity about him that lead to the stinker we saw last night.
