Ice does have his degree...that's the only way you can be a coach, head coach or position coach, in the NCAA.

To be honest i think Ice is a better oc than James Coley. No Shot at Coley......

But Ice's offenses @ Booker T were a well oiled machine...and the way all 3 of his sons played qb were really poised and in control. Look at his youngest son now looking more poised than Jeff Driskel up @ UF.

And Ice didnt get to learn under any college offensive juggernauts like Coley who was Jimbo's secretary for a few years.....Its potential their for Ice to be a good solid college offensive coach. I know the fire is their......" You could have a 5th grade education and understand that if a team is running the option and has 7 guys on the left side of the field. That if you only field 5 guys on defense on that side of the field, there is a mismatch.
