I've felt like that for the last decade. Every layer of this bull**** administration has been a complete failure for years and they don't care. Mediocrity has been accepted, not only the admin but much of the fan base. The "trust the process" fans are almost as pathetic as the team, staff, admin. Whats worse...they aren't even a mediocre team. I've been numb to these kind of performances for years...nothing they do suprises me.
