Dont shoot the messenger, but I have some friends that work in the Patriots organization, and theres been some talk that they want Mario to be Belichicks successor. They think hes the "best mind in college football". There prepared to throw the kitchen sink at him.

No clue though as to the original question. Even if he has an answer right now, that could change. With the way they're paying college coaches these days, why bother unless you just want the next level challenge?

Prior to going to Seattle, he was best known for giving Pete Stoyanovich the choke sign for missing an extra point while he was the coach of the Jets. Dolphins still came back to win.

He's previously gotten locker rooms full of kids to mostly buy into him.
Most successful NFL and college coaches don't get a locker room full of players to all buy into them.
