by the Manny hire initially because I thought it was lazy. I completely thought he was Richtized and that he'd be soft and try to salvage the entire staff. Letting every single one of them go seems a nice message.

he's not completely out of the woods, but a huge OC hire could give this program a significant boost.

As a side note, now that his salary had increased heavily what's the turnover chain going to look like next year?

This is post of the year candidate. My thoughts exactly. People saying he had a deal with Richt, ***** that, he ran away as fast as possible from the sinking ship. Richt was currently the worst coach in the power 5. During the whole side of the offensive side sends a message he’s all about winning.

Letting them all go is not a nice message, it was absolutely a condition under which he was given the job.
You want the job, it's yours but do what Richt would not do and fire the staff. He's far from out of the woods, because as of now
you have the DC as a HC that Wisconsin just mauled, same roster, and two guys on your staff that have limited experience
 
The next turnover chain design should be the photoshop pic of him sitting behind the scarface desk with cocaine piles in front of him
