This bothers me in so many ways. One how as a player can you accept this behavior. If I was a teammate I would be all over my teammates for doing this. Two as coaches how is this acceptable and not brought out as example internally. Why would anyone think this is acceptable as a teammate, as a player, as a leader. It’s just goes to show we have problems in character with our coaches and players. The problem seems to be even larger then I expected.

Kudos to Nesta for giving a rat's ***.

Coaching (or lack thereof) of course is a huge part of it, but seems to me if enough leaders care like Nesta, they would put a stop to whatever Diaz appears to be claiming is going on without needing HC intervention. So either Diaz is full of crap, or we have so few leaders that can keep the others in line that it's an "epidemic" of poor atttude.

Or maybe it's a combination of both. Not sure which is worse or gonna be solved first.
