Not sure why everyone loves Gruden. He inherited a GRAVY TRAIN set up at Tampa Bay when Tong Dungy retired. It was a turnkey operation to win. THE GUY IS WAY WAY OVER RATED. Give me Mark Dantonio or Butch.

who cares about Gruden when you have a sage like Butch begging to be here? Gruden wishes he could find and develop talent like the great one.

Not even that. The dude loves vets. His offence works better with seasoned vets on the team. How the **** is gonna be a good college coach?

Also, you think nofrio has a lot of plays Gruden makes Nofrio playbook look like a pamphlet
 
A super bowl winning nfl head coach is not good enough for aome people. I find it hilarious the people that **** on coaches who made it to the top of the head coaching world and was nfl head coach one of only 32 jobs. We hired randy shannon and al golden and these fools are on there high horse ****ting on nfl head coaches muahhahahahah

I posted this as a joke. No ******* way he is coming here. He has the best job in the world and makes a boat load of money. Unbelievable you guys would pick him apart. He does love the canes though. Why not jimmy johnson, I'm sure you guys could find a real not to want him either.

Dude is terrible. It's tough watching mnf because of him......literally there are no bad players in the league according to him. It's a three hour d-ck ride all game every play..it's disgusting what he does. Team can be losing by 30 and he's touting a tackle ten yards down the field and calling that guy a beast. 72 y- bAnana bs as well like he's some guru... I see why he sucked coaching his bro is even worse though
 
Gruden is a great coach, if you guys say otherwise you lose credibility. He should've never been fired by Tampa!! You guys do realize he got fired after going 9-7 right? Like seriously? The bucs would sell their soul for 9 wins. Since Gruden was fired the Bucs have 1 winning season and the 3rd worst record in the NFL. Now tell me how he's a bad coach?

Agree.

But I always like to see who is making the tackles when you are down by 30. Those are the players I like on my team, not the quitter type players.
