Rumph was the worse recruiter on staff, he still pretty bad btw, but atleast his players seem to progress and get better. Searels however is a worse recruiter and hasnt develop ****. In fact, Donaldson took a step back this year n he has true NFL talent. All the coaches on this staff are either or, either a good recruiter or a bad instructional coach or a bad recruiter and good instructional coach. Searels is clearly HORRIBLE at both.
