Bro you're 6'1" 200+ pounds. You might be an elite CB/DB prospect but you wanna play a position that's a dime-a-dozen and not even valued in today's game. Most teams are RB by comity these days, unless they have someone who's special like Henry. RB's are barely going in the first round anymore.

We have the same freakin' problem in high school. We have 37 WR's and RB's...and no **** DB's.

I'm wondering if that is the "cover your butt" line right now (helps MAR save face with his current teammates), but that he would be interested in playing CB if the rushing attempts don't materialize at UM.

Regardless...I know this will probably never happen, but a lot of porsters would be well-served by making fewer "absolute" comments. I don't know if MAR is coming here or not, but to say it absolutely will not happen is just silly.

Ahmon started talking crap to me. I commented on some random tweet about mar saying I doubt Miami would take him. Then Ahmon sought me out and tweeted at me. There is literally 30 people on this group who said the same thing I did.

lol exactly. Worst case scenario MAR is being polite and knows he is not coming here. I would rather that than him talk ****, like what alternative is he going after? trying to prove they are lying about having a spot open? so tf what? We offer 100s of kids a year that never come here.

isn't he kind of a speedy smaller back. maybe they see him as a third down back. whatever happened to that role? we used to always have one back in the day.
