I think we are finding our QB1.

He and the offense are both going to have to be a **** of a lot better than they were on Friday for anyone to get excited about anything on that side of the ball. Everyone on that side, especially the coaches, should be polishing the cleats of the defensive players and taking everyone out to dinner this week. The offense deserved an L on Friday and got bailed out big time.

Man please. Kosi is fine.

He was fine against UVA? ****, we’ve really fallen far around here. He was OK, at absolute best against UVA. And I am taking into account the line, the drops, and the coach. He didn’t turn it over, and he was elusive at times in the pocket. I will give him that. But ****, if what you watched on Friday inspired confidence, you and I are gonna have to agree to disagree on QB play.

The kids around him and the staff need to help him out. No doubt about it. But that was about an average a performance as you can have. You can’t gain 30 yards on 20 plays over half a game and tell me your QB played fine.

So our D gets sucked out for shutting uva down, but their d gets no credit for doing well against us? We left a few plays on the field, but that uva defense is stacked with nfl talent and has been pretty good for a couple years.

Regardless of where you are on the Williams/Perry debate, you can't deny that N'Kosi handles the d rush better. In all honesty, that's the #1 skill behind our non existent O line. From what I saw during the spring, Tate can also handle it better than Jarren.

No doubt that he didn’t get much help with I believe 3 drops. We left plays on the field for sure. But a few of him were on him and they were big plays. And ok, I’ll give you a little bit on UVA’s defense. They’re a solid unit. But I’m not sucking our defense off at all for shutting them down. They moved the ball at will between the 20s. What the defense did well is make plays when they had to, and got bailed out late by a big drop. But that wasn’t some epic defensive performance.

I guess I’m too harsh on the offense. I don’t think what I’ve seen at any point this year on that side is anywhere close to a Miami standard. But when you’ve got 5 parking cones for linemen and a coach who refuses to make life remotely easy for an offense, I guess I’m asking too much.

I don’t think we’ve done well consistently in any phase and that’s why we’re 3-3 and currently a **** program. But I gotta give Perry some credit for things he did and for being a winner. Maybe it’s just because I like the kid.

Agree, but Kosi is getting better, IMO.

He was elusive in the pocket, I’ll give him that. Maybe that’s what we need with the turnstiles up front.

K'osi becoming a leader right in front of us. I am impressed with this young bucks maturity this year. DJ said he is all business at practice and in the huddle...all business.
I like it.

Go Kosi!!!
