I may be in the minority but I feel like our toughest game

lol if Miami wins it all, every team they beat will be frauds. Hate that narrative.

Truth is there are no extremely dominant teams this year. That’s been the case all year. Miami can beat anyone left, and if they do it’s because they played their asses off, not because the other team is a fraud.
Texas 8&4 being frauds got nothing to do with us. Win or lose, they were frauds. We just proved we weren’t.

Taint are beatable but to say they aren’t 10x more talented than the Aggies is just dumb.

The defending National Champs are the best team we play this year. We beat the defending runner-up earlier this year already. Most NFL talent on a team we’ve played, so yea I’d say ur in the minority. Sayin is also the best qb we’ve faced.

That being said, if you want to be the best, you’ve gotta beat the best.

Ohio State is way better than A&M but that was the perfect tune up game for them 📈.

Indiana has had awesome LB play this season and especially versus OSU. Bissanthe, Chase Smith and Toure have to play lights out. Keionte Scott is gonna bring it and outshine Caleb Downs.

OSU plans to absolutely destroy the interior of our Oline. Brockmeyer, Coop, McCoy, and Pancake have a huge target on them.

Jojo and CJ Daniels can beat man coverage and find spots in a zone. I’d use Josh Moore in the redzone. The TEs will be open up the seams.

OSU will blitz especially on the 3rd down. Refs have to call the holding that their CBs will do. Carson will have to run a few times to win this game. If they score a TD you must match with a TD, don’t kick field goals unless they are as well.

Texas A&M were frauds, they played all the worst SEC teams. Now the real playoffs begins, althought there is a chance that Taint are also frauds.
Taint has played an easy schedule as well. I think they are not nearly as good as they were last year. Very good defense and decent everywhere on offense except receiver where they are exceptional. Definitely a winnable game IMO.

We face a murderers’ row. Arguably, the three toughest outs in TAMU on the road followed by the two most talented teams (imo) in OSU and GA. I’d say, however, OSU will be the toughest matchup.
Yup. OSU and Georgia are the 1st and 2nd most talented teams in college ball. And ATM is top 5-6.

OSU is absolutely stacked. Crazy NFL talent at every position.

I have been saying the same thing.

We have no road games left and I’ve always felt the playoffs should be like the NFL Higher seed gets home field until the championship game.

in the playoffs was Texas A&M at Kyle Field.

These neutral site games don’t worry me nearly as much. If we can win on the road at Kyle Field in front of 105,000 against an 11-1 dual threat QB then we should be able to beat anyone.

Julian Sayin can’t move and he hasn’t seen edge rushers anything like ours. He is going to have to beat us. Their running game isn’t going to do it for him.

Gunnar Stockton is the worst QB between Reed, Sayin, and him.

And if we get to the natty I’m not worried at all. If you can beat A&M, Ohio St, and Georgia then you are beating whoever you play in the natty.

Tell me im wrong.

You're wrong.

Probably. Miami has crazy talent too.

Probably have 5 future NFL OL, 5 future NFL DL, 3 future NFL safeties, at least 2 future NFL WRs.

**** taint!

Hey now...maybe Ole Miss will pull out a win against Georgia!!!

yeah right whatever GIF

Every team with a bye in the 2024 playoffs lost. By the time this game kicks off, it will have been 25 days since Ohio States last game. Rust will be a major factory and I will add with Sayin only being a redshirt freshman, his lack of experience will be a factor as well.

If Dawson calls a balanced game, and the run game is working, Miami will in this game.

Sure but we won’t have 105,000 people screaming making it impossible for our QB to hear either. Also no wind.
I don’t think the wind effecting the game decisions gets enough talk… carters beeen pretty money this year and to miss 3 really killed momentum we coulda had/the pull away to give the offense at least some positive flow

I’m not worried about their offense. We have a championship defense with confidence shooting out of their asses like Roman candles. Taint isn’t gonna run it up on us on offense.

What has me concerned is the other side. Taint has way more talent on defense than A&M does. They haven’t given up more than 16 points this entire season. And even in that game, Illinois scored late when the game was way over. This is without question the best defense we have faced and will face. They have 4 kids who are likely first round picks, and we’re not a great offensive team.

I will say, they had an absurd talent advantage in almost every game they played, though. Besides Texas (very close game), Penn state (17-14 at the half), and Indiana (they lost). The rest of their schedule is hilariously bad. I’ll even say the game at Washington is somewhat comparable talent, and it was 14-6 at the end of the 3rd quarter.

We just have to figure out a way to generate some points. A defensive score. Toney taking one to the house. A fake punt or kick that extends a drive and we score. Beck hitting some deep shots. I actually feel like our defense vs their offense is advantage us. But their defense vs our offense is a massive advantage them. Plus our kicker is probably completely mentally cooked now too.

Everyone was saying that the second best receiving core is A&M behind OSU. But since we shut them down now they are frauds? Come on man. A&M is a really good team. They are easily the best 3 and long defense in the land and they showed it.
Not only are they a very good team with great lines and playmakers throughout, but that was one of the biggest games ever at mighty Kyle Field AND they were practically playing the game in a mini tornado. That wind was wild. Yeah, I think this win is being downplayed by the national sports media and oddsmakers. Granted, Dawson needs to get his head out of his *** and stick with what's working...but 10 points is insane.
