Was he the one on that last kickoff who was limping but got on the field anyway because he knows he could lose a job to the next man up?

If so, good for him. The type of players you want in your team whomever that was. I couldn’t really tell sitting in the stadium.

I think they are just fully moving him more to primarily safety than lb now. I think they basically viewed it as Chase Smkth clearly won the 4th Lb job.

Toure, Wes, and Popo are the top 3. Chase Smkth is next up. And Kellen Wiley is the guy they are developing to be the future top guy.

I think he was already in a bit of a hybrid safety/LB role but with Markeith being dismissed I believe he made the switch fulltime to S, so basically learning a new position may have something to do with it as well.
