I took **** in another thread for saying Manny leaving got Richt off the hook for an OC and Jon. He'll have a much easier time convincing bj not to force offensive staff changes. Not if he has 2-3 defensive staff positions to fill. He's just one year away from introducing Bobo the clown as OC.
