I have a roster management concerns.

We've already seen a remarkable improvement the recruiting process, evaluations, offers and a more active staff covering more territory. It's a general agreement that winning will mean recruiting classes to rival top 5 classes. I also think CMR has a more cutthroat attitude towards winning, 2016&7 10 wins then 11 win seasons will become more the norm starting in 2018.
