I found the answer to my own question. We are 9-14 against VT since joining the Big East.
Since joint the ACC we are 5-8 against them.
Since moving to Hard Rock we are 3-2 at home against them.

Meh, they aren't worth the energy to hate that much, what have they ever taken from us? Hate osu and the refs, hate UW for getting half our '91 NC or breaking our streak, hate Nebraska for '95, or PSU for '86, but the hokies? Why bother.

Seriously? The Hokies have ****ed with our success going back to the Big East days! They have always been well coached, good on defense, and have beaten us too much for my liking...I hate those fückers and yes, this is the second biggest rivalry we "currently" have season in and season out. UiF & the ghey leprechaun don't play us every year...
 
We are 8-14 against the turkey since 1995...just let that sink in...you **** right this is a rivalry game!!!

I like the sandman song but hate everything else lol
 
I've always suggested that our fan base re-calibrate their sense of our "rivalries" to forget about UF and ND, and focus more on VT, GT and UNC....especially VT.

We don't play the Gators or ND enough anymore for either to be worth worrying about, yet most of our fan base still desperately clings to these stale, outdated rivalries. Meanwhile, these other annoying ACC Coastal programs treat their games with us as if they were Super Bowls. VT especially needs to be a game that gets circled every year.

Small minds think small. It's in a Canes dna to hate uf, fsu,nd, pedu, and osu*. This will never change.
 
I've hated them intensely since they beat us in 98. They ripped out a bunch of sod from the west endzone after the game.

And that game in 2004 was sickening watching them pour sugar on the field after beating us for the acc title.

Being there in 2005 was cathartic.

I was on the filed in 2009 and that was miserable.

Our band needs to play Enter Sandman when the clock reads 00:00 and there are Turkey tears on The Rock....
