The whole narrative is bs. During the game last week, I heard the announcers talking about the Canes having "another miracle finish" vs GT the previous week. No...we got a good bounce that we would've never needed if not for that atrocious block below the waist call 3 plays earlier. Now, here we are 7-0 with all the one-loss teams ranked ahead & we're being talked about as "darkhorse playoff contenders" along with VT. Who is favored to beat us at our house. Talk about bulletin board material...that is straight disrespect. Sht just got real.

If the players need motivational speeches to get up for this game, something is seriously wrong. This is the prototypical contender or pretender game. We'll know everything we need to know about the 2017 Canes at 11:30PM tomorrow.

They shouldn't need any extra motivation this week. If anything, they might need to dial it back a bit, to avoid a huge unnecessary expense of energy and adrenaline rush in the 1st quarter.
