I get the feeling...

...that more than 1 conference loss might kill our chance at winning the Coastal the way it's setting up right now. Vag Tech doesn't play anyone, and UNC just erased what many were expecting to be one of their 1 or 2 conference losses.

I feel like 2 conference losses might put you on the outside looking in. What say you?

Isnt is about 100% true that two conference/division losses dooms just about any college team?

I think multiple teams will have 2 losses it will come down to tie breakers

VT still has to go to Notre dame

We have to beat NC

GTech is gonna beat NCarolina or Vtech their gonna win one if those games

That has no bearing on the standings.

Your right then that means we have to beat UNC and VT so we can win the tiebreakers..FSU is a want game not a must win as far as ACC coastal standings IMO because if we beat FSU and then Lose to UNC or VT i dont think they are going to accumulate more than one other loss in the ACC

let me get my crystal ball out of it's box. i'll be right back
Can tell this *** towel doesn't watch any college football so he has to try to be cute.
lol for such a tough guy, you have some thin skin. it's college football and the first week of october. no one knows man. i think if you don't lose any games, you'll win the conference. that's the only thing i'm sure of. have a great weekend

The Coastal is still the Coastal. Teams will find ways to lose games they should not.
I wouldn't count on that. Not so sure anyone is going to slow UNC's offense down.

I'm getting the feeling we might have a couple teams tied with 1 conference loss.
I think gt game is one unc may be worried about.

Their rushing defense is one of the worst in the country and unc's offense won't have much time to do anything with their defense stuck on the field

GT should be a major problem for them running the ball. Hopefully, they'll take the air out of the ball and Fedora will get frustrated and make some bad decisions.

UNC has a lethal offense, but that defense leaves much to be desired.
Teams with subpar defenses are capable of losing games to teams they are supposed to beat.
They have the football version of the "glass jaw".

I hope you're right, old buddy. I don't see anyone, aside from us who can really punish that D, as bad as it is. They're going to score **** near as often as they want to when they're clicking.

Trubisky is deadly accurate and seems like he is clutch too, which is one question I had about him coming into the year because he's never had to be. Switzer is a pain in the ****. He's always open and never drops the ball. Seems like he's been there 12 years. They've got two excellent RBs too and 2 other high end WRs.

Yeah, that offense is something to behold when it is clicking.
But FSU was really, really bad on defense.
Lack of fundamentals and some of those players were sleep-walking.
I would keep an eye out on that NCState-UNC game.
Funny things happen in that rivalry.
But, yeah, we need to take care of business.

Your comment was retarded. Has nothing to do with thin skin. If you had said something interesting or funny I would have enjoyed it.

I think the two must win games for the Coastal will be UNC & Pitt, both home games for us.

Va Tech has way too many tough road games to finish out the season strong.

Miami's key to ACCCD title is win every ACCCD game. Its that simple.

As I understand the rule sets...
IF Miami drops the tilt w/ FSU, but still runs the ACCCD table, Canes own tie breaker with UNC and VT (if necessary) as head-to-head is the first item on the checklist.

Do I have that right fellow fans?

Pitt is trash. They can't slow anyone down with that defense.

I think UNC is clearly the team to beat. Their offense is spectacular with too many weapons to account for and a really really good QB.

But when Vag Tech doesn't turn it over 5 times they are playing very very well and will be an incredibly tough out.

Now all of a sudden UNC is a world beater...coming from the very same folks who trashed those who said UNC was supposed to be as good/better than last year...

Oh the irony.

I think the VT offense will move it on UNC.
They have an athletic QB with a live arm and he will keep the Heels busy.
Combine that with Bud Foster on the other side of the ball, and they will give UNC a battle.

And here comes the **** stirring cumrag looking to ruin a good discussion.

Sissy, no one called them a world beater. Those of us who watch games (unlike your **** *** that admitted you don't) wanted to see how UNC's new QB reacted to being the man and not just playing mop up duty.

No one sees them as world beaters, so quit being the dramatic chick you are. They're not world beaters, and neither are we or anyone else in the Coastal. See where that might cause problems and a log jam?
